If you’re like most people, you have times of feeling nervous and unsettled.  Maybe you also have times of feeling anxious, unworthy, ashamed, rageful, or terrified.

Perhaps you’ve tried many ways to distract yourself from those feelings – a few drinks (or more), a piece of pie (or the whole pie), shopping, sports, tv/games, street drugs, prescription meds.  Perhaps you addressed your issues through meditation, deep breathing, therapy, or spirituality.  I hope some of these have helped.

But, if you’re like me, the distress returns.  It comes back when we least expect it.  It may hit us like a punch to the chest, constrict our breathing, create pain, make us feel wrong, guilty, awful.

If your distress gets in your way, this program is for you.  I can work with you one-on-one, in person, by phone, or by video conference.  Becoming part of a group may become an option in the future.

Learn Directly from Your Painful Parts

Through the process called Voice Dialogue, you can come to understand and even appreciate the parts of yourself that give you the most trouble.  Sessions generally last about an hour, and can be conducted in person, on the phone or by video conference.  I was trained in this process by Tim Kelley, founder of the True Purpose Institute.  You can learn more about Voice Dialogue at Voice Dialogue International.
